I am just exhausted. Well tomorrow we will know if we got a house that we put an application on. No we are not getting it on owner financing right off the bat. He is interesed but not until we've been there for a while. But the house is unbelieveable!!!!!! 4 bedrooms, in the hills, pool living, family room - 2700 sq ft. Too good to pass up for sure. We think it might be a tad expensive but we spend so much money every month on junk that we can save about 1200 dollars a month if we just do not go out 3 nights a week to eat and have drinks. Also - I waste so much food by shopping for food that I dont cook - I cant believe how wastful I am.
Most important for me is that I start buying some houses and making a lot of MONEY SOON! WHich by soon I mean NOW.
