"Millionaire Maker Summit"? How about another pitch fest...

I am just sick sick sick of all these Gurus and their "Millionaire Summits" and "Real Estate Wealth Opens"!  How is it that investors still go to these things and not think that they are going to be pitched up until they throw up!

I have a real desire to continue to create my ideal real estate club which is free of pitch fest meetings and seminars.  My idea is to mainly sell the workshops, classes, trainings up front from quality educators who are doing deals NOW.  What does this mean?  It means that we will charge anywhere from $49 bucks for a few hour class to about $350 bucks for an all day class, to about $900-1200 for 2 whole day workshops.  ALL OF THESE are pitch free.  You pay up front - money is made for the speaker and for the club - so there is no need to sell!  You get quality education.  Everyone is happy!  Why oh why won't you do it?

Now I ask you... wouldn't you rather pay upfront for training (that would include the product there is one) than sit all day long - or worse 2-3 days, listening to speaker after speaker come in and pitch you?  Only for you to go home with all your product and still not know what to do?  How long are you willing to contribute to this vicious cycle people?  The pitch fest "gurus" and seminars are laughing all the way to the bank.  Let me tell you a secret...  come closer, closer....

They don't care if you ever buy a house! 

Heck - they don't even care if you spend your last dime on the product to buy it.  Just buy it!   How   many of these gosh darn son-of-a-bee-hive events are you going to continue to go to people??? 

And another thing... what's up with real estate investors clubs that constantly pitch you some freaking wealth expo, wealth summit, millionaire summit, b.s?  They claim to care about you but all in all - they only care about how much product you buy. For shame...

NOW DON'T get me WRONG.  I do care about how much money you I get paid to put on all these events and meetings  - but I seem to have a silly notion that I can provide a quality education and networking environment for you and me - and still get paid well to do so... this is called a fair exchange.  Do I intend to make millions of dollars a year selling you product?  Hell No!  Sigh.... and that seems to be my problem apparently.  Especially to those "gurus" and god help me the wanna-be "gurus".  They seem to think that I am silly to think that I can grow my club and make money doing so if I don't give in to the status quo and start pitching their cockamamie product and events.  Heck - they even scoff at me and tell me things like "Rosie you can't change the world"...  (seriously - I had a "guru" say this to me last week when I was upset about the the whole guru b.s. pitch fest!) 

I intend to make a decent and fair return for my work in having this real estate club - however my plan is to make millions doing real estate deals!  All kinds of deals!  Not to sell you useless and not-up-to-par product.  Do I believe there is valuable and really good educational product out there?  YES!  But it is very few and far between I must say. 

I apologize for my pissosity- but if I see another bull crap email from someone promoting the next "millionaire wealth expo" I am going to explode and maybe even start exposing those product pushing events for what they are!  Well.. that is, more so than I do now.. hee heee heee.

Come on fellow investors - Help me!  I don't ever want to see another one of my investor friends tell me how much money they spent on product, coaching or mentoring that didn't help them at all!

Private Investing in Real Estate Trust Deeds, in Simple English.

Well, that question is what I have spent the last week and half - UNLEARNING.  You see,  I am a real estate investor and I, like many other investors, am always working on raising private money to use to close my deals fast (or, in this hellacious market - to close them at all!)  That is the Buzz word - or rather Buzz Phrase these days…. Raising Private Money!

Do You Really Need a Land Trust?

at is a land trust?  Why do I need to use land trusts? Both are very important questions.  But let us be straight forward with this article.  You have worked very hard to accumulate property for investment. You put yourself, you family, and your children’s future at risk investing in real estate.

Do you realize that one false move with just one of your properties can cause you to lose all of your hard earned investments. One careless tenant can be injured on your property and the world will fall all around you.  Ask yourself the following question “Can you control what is happening at all of your properties right now – this minute?” Is it possible a careless tenant can be injured or die tonight in your rental property? This happens every day in America.

You need a land trust for each property. You need the knowledge that your attorney does not have on this asset preserving technique. Why work so hard over time to have one uncontrollable tenant event cause you to lose all of your properties?  Come on!  You have worked very hard to build your asset portfolio.  Why lose it now!

Land Trusts are the first safety catch to insulate your self from the millions of lawsuits happening in America every year.  Do you want protection from the contingency fee lawyer or would you rather have a bare knuckle fight with him without any defense guards in place?

You have probably noticed that it is VERY difficult to find any information about Land Trusts and how they operate. That is why people from all over the United States come to our website to find accurate information about Land Trusts. Most attorneys do not know how to set up and administer a Land Trust (they receive only three hours…if any of trust education in law school).

The problem is that most practitioners do not know how to set up and administer Land Trusts so many of them consequently advise people not to use them. However, you were probably told by someone (an attorney, accountant or friend) that you need a Land Trust, but nobody told you how or where to find information to help you get started. The point is, do not trust someone (that gives you advice) who does not have direct active knowledge of Land Trusts and their benefits.

We have been using Land Trusts in our full time real estate investment business for almost 30 years. We live and invest in Illinois (the Granddaddy state of Land Trust law) and use Land Trusts in our business constantly. We have found that often times advisors tell their clients, “You can not do that” with a Land Trust. Most of the time they are wrong!
